Information:
The vendors Village is a mini craft show set up inside of a store front space. You set up your items, tag them and we do the work for you. No need to be at your booth, we run the store, and you get a check.
The space is located at the very busy, Chicago Premium Outlet mall, and is across from the Abercrombie store and adjacent from the Ann Taylor store.
*Booth prices are per month, 1st month is paid when you register. You will be emailed mid month for information on paying for the subsequent month
*By registering you are agreeing to a 6 month contract term.
*You will be paid at the end of every month minus 10% of sales
*Failure to pay your booth fee by the last day fo the month will result in your items being removed from the sales floor, placed inthe back room, and your spot being rented out to another crafter.
*We will be requiring every vendor to work a 4 hour shift per month, or agree to pay 15% of sales.
*A google doc will go out the 2nd of the month prior with available hours to sign up. (April 2nd will have May's hours and so on.
*Your space you sign up for is your space. Do not sign up for a 3x3 and then expect 6' of space.
*The space will be open 7 days a week. You will be required to make weekly check ins to make sure your booth is fullt stocked.
*You need to contact myself or Heather, information will be in the emails you get after you register, to arrange a time and day to come in. Please do not randomly come in with totes and wagons you will be asked to leave.
*We use the Simple Consign system to track sales and inventory in real time . You will also be set up in the system to track your sales.
* You will need some sort of business signage so that customers can find you and it also helps to differentiate booths.
*We will be putting slate board on part of the walls for shelf spaces, but you will be required to supply all items for set ups.
* You can use command hooks for the walls to layer items up the walls, but you cannot use nails or screws in the walls.
**We are not responsible for items broke, or any theft. If items are broke we will clean it up the best we can and hold it for you in the back.
