The Vendors Village- Fox Valley
This is located in a space on the third floor just above the fountain, center court area.
We will have the location open mall hours 7 days a week
Checks are cut at the end of each month
*We use simple Consign to track sales in real time
*You will select your space from the drop down menu. You will have 3 options.
*You agree to have your items marked with booth number provided, as well as price of item.
*YOU NEED APPROVAL BEFORE SIGNING UP!
We do not want duplicate items.
*You agree to come in once a week to make sure your space stays clean, organized and stocked; if we don't have it we cannot sell it
*For this space we are going to utilize the wall space. We will have brackets and shelves
*You will not have a typical 10x10 space, please contact me for photos.
*You understand that checks are cut at the first of each month, minus 10% of sales
*You understand that you are signing up for a 6 month agreement. You will have until the 28th of each month to pay the following months rent or it will be held from your payout check.-
*You will need to fill out a W4
*Refusal to pay rent by the end of the month will result in your items being removed from the sales floor, placed in the back room for pick up, and your space being rented out.
*We are not responsible for items broke, and any theft. If items are broke we will clean it up the best we can and hold it for you in the back.
*Space will be as followed
-----3'W x 3' D $125 per month
------6'W x 3'D $175 per month
------10'W x 8'D $250 per month
