We are looking for all Vendors, Crafters, Direct Sellers, and Business Owners. We would love to have a majority be veterans, service members, police, and/or fire Dept vendors for this show. However this is NOT required. If you are a direct seller scroll down to the "registered companies section to make sure we do not have one already

1 booth (10x10) $125

1 1/2 Booths (10x15) $180

2 Booths (10x20) $230

Saturday Only 10x10 $85

Sunday Only 10x10 $70

Included:

10x10 space (if you need a bigger space you can chose 10x15 or 10x20)1 table, 2 chairs per booth space. You need to bring any other items for your set up. 

You do need nice , professional tablecloths, and you need to be set by the time the show opens each day. No late vendors will be permitted to set up. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PACK UP BEFORE THE SHOW ENDS!!!

Friday will be the annual Beer Garden will start Friday at 5pm. We will have signs up for everyone to see the show will be that weekend. 

 

Advertsing

:We will be creating an event page that will be emailed out several weeks before the show.

-Set up emails are sent out the week of the show with the floorplan.

-The convention will be posting on their facebook and website. It will also be going on their marque.

_Radio ads 2 weeks prior and live broadcast during the show

-Signs and flags out by the road advertising the show

Space :

Your space is 10x10, you can rent bigger space from the drop down menu. You need to provide your own items for set up. Load in will be Friday December 6th

LOAD IN:

-Load in will be from 11am-3pm Friday. ALL CARS NEED TO BE MOVED FROM LOADING AREA BY 3PM. You will still have until 5pm to set your booth up. 

-You can also come in starting at 7am on Saturday or 8am Sunday to set up. 

 

We will be giving away Grab bags to the first 100 people Saturday so you can donate anything you would like to put into the grab bag on Friday during set up(please turn in 100). Sunday we will also have a giveaway for the customers.

*If you are paying via paypal make sure you have the correct email on there so will receive emails about set up.

*If for any reason you cannot make the event you can find a replacement however there are no refunds for shows.
