Hawthorn Mall Harvest Fest located outdoors on Hawthorn mall across from Yard House 
We are looking for crafters, arisans, halloween and fall items.

Hours:
Event is 2-5pm with set up starting at 10am 
*you can of course stay later if you are still getting sales
 
Price:
$50
 
*The Harvest Fest is their largest outdoor event 
 includes live performances, kids activities, vendor market, beer tent from Yard House, and more
*You will need to be fully set up by 1pm 
*You need to provide everything for your set up, as well as, tent and tent weights
*Tents do need to have at least 20lbs per tent leg
*Tables need to have floor length tablecloths 
*Please make sure you have clean, professional set ups
*We have the option, at the malls managements disgression, to move indoor if we have bad weather. 
*This is an outdoor show and there is no refund in the event of bad weather. 
*There will be no sharing booths, and spaces are 10x10
*There are no refunds of any kind, or for any reason.
