*THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY MALL that means NO profanity, inappropriate adult items, nothing pertaining too narcotics, including marijuana leaves, ect that are not family friendly. If you put out these items you will be told to remove them*
We are looking for Crafters, Artisans, Handmade Items, bakery Goods, and ALL THINGS fall and Halloween related
- NO DIRECT SELLERS, SERVICE COMPANIES NO JEWELRY SATURDAY You are allowed Sunday
ALL ITEMS FOR SATURDAY NEED TO BE FALL OR HALLOWEEN, Crafters, or Artisans
***FOOD VENDORS need to have their Will County health permits

Friday 4-8pm (set up 12-3pm)
Saturday 11am-9pm pm (Set up starting at 8:30am)
Sunday 11am-5pm (set up will start anytime after 9am)
 
10x10 space
 
$150 Both DAYS ONLY FALL/ HALLOWEEN ALLOWED SATURDAY
$125 Saturday Only
$50 Sunday Only
 
We will be set up on Sandburg.
*Your space will be 10x10
*You need to provide everything you need for your set up; tents, tent weights, tables, racks, ect
*You can leave your items overnight at your own risk, we have no never had an issue here, (Except bad weather) but we are not responsible for items left.
 
There are some electric spaces available
*The mall will be blocking off the streets so you need to be SET UP by the time the mall opens each day
 
ALL TENTS NEED WEIGHTS AT LEAST 20-25lbs LBS PER LEG. It can me water jugs, cement blocks, water barrrels, sand bags, ect IF YOU SHOW UP WITH THOSE LITTLE BLACK CIRCLE WEIGHTS, NO WEIGHTS, OR BOTTLES OF WATER YOUR TENTS WILL NEED TO COME DOWN. 
*You need to have a clean professional set up, with floor length black or logo tablecloths please.
*Electric for this even is minimal because we do not want to blow the power. IF you need electric for your booth let me know. We will not provide electric for everyone to plug in light s for your tent at night, please purchase battery powered lights or tent lights. No space heaters
*NO YELLING out at customers to come over to your table, we want them to feel comfortable and not have the event feel like the sales people in the middle of the mall you always turn a blind eye too.
 
Saturday:
 We will have our Spooktacular Fest 
We  will have Characters out there for photos 
rides, game street, trick or treating,  and other great activities for the whole family.
Items for this day must be majority halloween or fall themed. No jewelry or clothing 
WE ARE DOING TRICK OR TREATING WITH VENDORS THIS DAY ALSO 
PLEASE BRING CANDY
Sunday
We will have Pet parade and Characters
 
Kids crafts, and photo booth
 
If for any reason you cannot come it is your responsibility to find a replacement, there are no refunds.
