Hours for Show:
Set up will be Friday from 3pm-9pm
*You need to pay for parking
*If you are only doing Sunday ONLY you cannot drive in you will need to use a rolling cart or carry your items in and you CANNOT set up until Sunday morning.
You can carry items in Between 8am-9am Saturday morning and 8am-10am Sunday morning
*You must provide your items needed for your set up: tables, chairs, tablecloths ect..
1 booth 10x10 $110
2 booth spaces 10x20 $220
Saturday Only: Sunday ONLY:
10x10 $70 $55
*Fairgrounds charges $10 a day for parking*
Make sure you put the company name if you are a direct seller, not the name you give yourself (young living, paparazzi ect)
**If you want to send a check you can email for the address
**We will ONLY let a certain number of Saturday or Sunday only people attend. Sunday only will NOT be allowed to drive in and cannot set up until sunday morning.
Food Vendors (Your items need to be prepackaged in order to participate)
You will have the EXACT space you sign up for and NO more! If you think you will need more room then you MUST sign up for more space.
You can share your booth as long as the other person/people sell the SAME ITEMS are you.You can chose to sign up for more than 1 spot by using the quantity button.
Booths are back to back and side to side. You have no room behind your booth or beside your booth. Floors are marked and a floorplan and set up instructions are send out about a week from the event.
**Check to make sure your email you register with is the correct email since that is the email I will send set up information too**
Emails will start going out several weeks in advance.
-The event is Advertised on the main gate, Freedom Hall, Gate 2,4, & 6 LED bboards.
-We are renting hte LED board outside of the Expo Center 4 weeks before the show
-The show will go in the Southeast outlook the week before the show
-We will be doing radio ads and having a live broadcast at the show Saturday for 2 hours
-We will also create a facebook event page with paid advertisement, which will be emailed out about 2 weeks before the show
**We will be offering trick or treating for kids also so please bring a few bags of candy**
*If for some reason you need to cancel it is your responsibility to find a replacement. You must verfity with me what the person sells BEFORE they sign up. If you do not and they are a duplicate vendor they will not be allowed to attend. There are no refunds for any reason!
